Ben started on job sites at sixteen. Purdue BSCE, 2001. Ten years as a project engineer and project manager on hospitals, medical office buildings, streetscapes, and utility infrastructure. Florida Certified General Contractor since 2010 and a licensed Florida real estate broker. He evaluates every property himself and runs every job.
