For owners who want the trades bid competitively and the job run by the principal, not a superintendent. This is the work Ben did for a decade before founding the company, on hospitals, medical office buildings, and public infrastructure. We handle procurement, budget, schedule, and quality, and report to you in writing every week.

What it includes.

  • Subcontractor procurement
Scoped bids from trades we know, leveled and presented with a recommendation.
  • Budget & schedule control
Spend tracked against the line-item budget; slippage reported the week it appears.
  • Quality control & inspections
Work checked before it is covered, and inspections scheduled so they pass the first time.
  • Weekly written reporting
Progress, spend, decisions needed — in writing, every week.

Common questions.

  • What is the minimum project size?
Engagements start at $1M. Below that, we'll point you to a builder who fits the scope.
  • What is the difference between construction management and general contracting?
Under general contracting we hold the trade contracts and deliver a fixed scope at a contracted price. Under construction management you hold the trade contracts and we manage procurement, schedule, and quality for a fee. We offer both and will recommend one for your project.
  • How is the fee set?
A stated fee, agreed before we start, written into the contract. Trade costs pass through to you at cost, with every invoice available.
  • Why does a line-item budget matter?
A single number hides what's not in it. Line items show the allowances, exclusions, and assumptions, and the weekly report is measured against them.
  • What happens when something changes mid-build?
It gets priced and signed before the work happens. No verbal change orders. If a field condition forces a decision fast, you get a call and then a written change order the same day.
  • Where do you build?
Palm Beach County and Martin County: Hobe Sound, Stuart, Jupiter Island, Tequesta, Jupiter, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, Singer Island, Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Wellington, Manalapan, Gulf Stream, Delray Beach, and Boca Raton. The office is in West Palm Beach.
