The Principal
Ben Hoadley
Building since 1995. Licensed since 2010.

Palm Beach County
Ben Hoadley began building in 1995 — roofs, framing, finish work — on job sites at sixteen.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in 2001 and was certified as an Engineer Intern by the State of Indiana in 2002. At HBE Corporation in St. Louis he served as a Project Engineer on hospitals, medical office buildings, and financial institutions, and on renovations for the company’s hotel brand. In Florida he served as a Project Manager at Burkhardt Construction on streetscapes and heavy utility infrastructure.
He has held a Florida real estate license since 2009 and is a licensed real estate broker, practicing through Barefoot Realty & Investments LLC. He founded Hoadley Construction in 2010. The company builds across Palm Beach County: estate and residential new construction, renovation and additions, commercial work, construction management, owner’s representation, and site and utility work. He evaluates every property himself and runs every job. He takes a few at a time, and he chooses them.
Hoadley Construction is a family enterprise based in Palm Beach County. Ben and his wife manage it together and are raising five children in South Florida.
