What we collect. When you submit the inquiry form we receive the information you enter: name, email, phone, property location, the nature of the project, budget range, timeline, and any message. We also record how you arrived at the site (referrer, campaign parameters, landing page) so we can understand which channels produce inquiries.

How we use it. To respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to carry out the work. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Analytics and advertising. With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand site traffic and campaign performance. No analytics or advertising cookies load until you accept them. You can decline in the banner, and you can clear your choice by clearing site data in your browser.

Service providers. Inquiry email is delivered by Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Retention. Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond and, for engagements, for the duration of the project and the period required by Florida law and our insurers.

Your rights. You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to ben@hoadleyconstruction.com.

Changes. We will post any changes to this policy on this page.
