Stormwater drainage structure and exfiltration pipe being installed on a waterfront lot

Palm Beach County

Underground utilities, stormwater, grading, and seawall and dock coordination. Ben spent ten years as a project manager on heavy utility infrastructure before starting the company. He knows what good underground work looks like, and the subs who do it for us have done it with him for years.

What it includes.

  • Underground utilities
Water, sewer, electrical, and communications runs installed to plan and documented as-built.
  • Stormwater & exfiltration
Drainage structures and exfiltration systems sized for the lot and the county's requirements.
  • Grading & hardscape base
Elevations that move water away from the building and a base that keeps the hardscape flat.
  • Seawall & dock coordination
Marine contractors scheduled and managed within the overall project.

Common questions.

  • What is the minimum project size?
Engagements start at $1M. Below that, we'll point you to a builder who fits the scope.
  • Do you do site work as a standalone project?
Yes, if it meets the $1M minimum. Usually it's part of a larger new construction or renovation job.
  • Who designs the drainage?
Ben reads the site and reviews the design, with a civil engineering degree and ten years of utility infrastructure behind him. Sealed drawings come from a licensed engineer of record where the permit requires them.
  • How do you build for hurricanes and flood zones?
The flood zone and the survey are read at the Evaluate stage, before design is final, and they drive the foundation elevation and structure. Everything is built to the Florida Building Code for our wind-borne debris region: impact glazing or shutters and the structural connections the code requires.
  • Who handles permits and inspections?
We do. Permits are pulled in the company's name and inspections are scheduled and attended by us, in every municipality across Palm Beach and Martin counties.
  • What about warranty?
Warranty terms are written into the contract, and every manufacturer warranty is collected in the turnover binder. If something fails, you call Ben, not a warranty department.
