How we run every job.
- The person who evaluates the property runs the job.No handoff from sales to production. Ben walks the site, writes the budget, and stays on it through turnover.
- Nothing is covered before it is checked.Structure, waterproofing, and underground work are inspected before the next trade closes them in. Good subs expect it.
- The budget is line-item. Allowances are listed.A number you can take to a lender or another builder, with the assumptions written down.
- Every week, a written report.Progress, spend against budget, decisions that need you. In writing, so there's a record.
- Engagements from $1M, a few at a time.We choose the projects we take, and we take our time to get them right. So every job gets Ben's attention.
